To be eligible to test with Headmaster you need to
successfully complete a Nurse Aide course licensed with MI State
such as Agape’s CNA program.
Cost of the exam is separate from tuition costs.
Information is provided during your course on the State exam.

Students should bring to class: notebook, pen, highlighter
Requirements
Eligibility to take Agape’s CNA course students need to be able to read & write & lift up to 75lbs.
Students must attend all scheduled class dates to receive your CNA Certificate of Completion.
Required documentation must be submitted to your student profile before the first day of class.
